Playboy Wars

Berkeleyans, here are your instructions:

1. If you find a foreign Playboy magazine in your room, immediately note the exact date and time. This is your first priority; I want to keep good records from now on.

2. Your next task is to deposit the Playboy in a friend's Berkeley residence. You have 48 hours to accomplish this; taking longer will only result in dishonor for you and your ancestors.

3. Note the time when the Playboy left your possession. This hasn't ever been done, but it's a good idea.

4. Finally, once the magazine is secure in its new home, email me with both times so that I can update this record. I would like also a detailed description of where in your house you found it. Contrary to previous instructions, don't tell me where you put it! I had forgotten that I, too, am a potential target.

Guidelines:

Try to hide the magazine somewhere where it might be found. Creativity is good, but I don't want one getting lost under someone's carpet for twenty years.

A Playboy in the common room of an apartment will be counted against all inhabitants of that apartment. A Playboy in a single person's private area will be counted against only that person. I should be able to walk into your apartment while your roommate is gone and slide it under his bed without fearing that you'll tip him off.

As of now, there are 2 registered Playboys and a Bitch in circulation. Don't introduce too many extras without peer approval.

This process is entirely dependent on your honesty.
